Facilities to enjoy

Bergville has many community facilities available for your enjoyment and convenience.

Venues are popular and well used by residents. These include:

PALOTTI HALL

A Dining room and venue for larger gatherings. The Dining room provides meals to residents on request – although many residents still enjoy cooking for themselves at home. There is also a coffee nook where you can enjoy a delicious cuppa. Church services are held once a week.

THE JACARANDA ROOM  

Our lounge, and venue for our music circle. Daily newspapers are available.

THE RENDEZVOUS

Situated to the west of the Community Centre, providing a smaller venue for use by residents. A Bingo club meets here once a week.

These venues are also available for use by residents for functions such as birthday parties.

LIBRARY

Our well-stocked library, and the adjacent sun room, offer a selection of CD’s, DVD’s and games, as well as books.

HAIR SALON

The services of a local hairdresser are available in our fully-equipped salon.

Bergville Retirement Village has an active Social Group, which organizes regular events such as monthly Sunday lunches and weekly games.

NURSING SERVICES

Spescare is situated within the Bergville Retirement Village in Denneoord, George and their services are available to residents. The facility is in a historic building with a multidisciplinary team who focus on high-quality patient, rehabilitation and nursing care.
